No, we sell only pet accessories that your pets needed.

We normally dispatched an order within 24 hours and it will take 2-5 working days to be delivered (depending on your location). Customized orders will take a longer time to ship than others. Generally, customised orders could take extra 1-2 days.

Within 7 days you can raise an exchange request.

Not all products, only damaged or spoilt items are eligible for exchange or return.

The product is not eligible for return or exchange in following conditions:

-Customise items.

-After 7 days of order delivery.

-Product is used or altered.

-Product is damaged by customers due to misuse or overuse.

-Product purchased at a discounted price.

You can cancel your order before the product is delivered.
